Shipping costs are provided at checkout when you place an order.
Pre-Orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time indicated on the product page. Please click the button at the bottom of this page for ALL QUESTIONS about pre-orders.
US Shop Customers: New York and California residents will be charged sales tax.
Global Shop Customers: Any local import duties, customs and brokerage fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We will not be able to offer compensation or refunds for orders that are not deliverable because the recipient elected not to pay these fees on their order.
PLEASE NOTE: Just like software goes through Alpha and Beta stages, we expect our P30 film to go through these same stages. We will share continuous updates from the factory, and every customer will be invited to share their experiences with us. This data will be fed directly to the factory team. If you are not completely satisfied with the film you receive, we will process an exchange, or issue a discount coupon for future purchases, based on the following conditions:
- All items must be in original, unused condition, and in re-sellable condition.
- Exchanges will only be processed upon receipt and assessment of the original item(s).
- We will exchange the item only for another item of the same price.
- In rare cases of defective products, please share this information with us at the link above, and appropriate steps will be taken to ensure your satisfaction.
To request an exchange or return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information and we will reply with further instructions.
- Order number
- Name and address
- Products being returned
- Reason for return
Processing of returns will take between 3-5 business days after product is received.
